Thanks to our partnership with Commodore Technology, we are the only foam company to build our own machinery and molds. Our smaller, more flexible machinery allows for quick-to-market response. We can easily produce prototype molds when test samples are necessary.

Our smaller manufacturing equipment allows smaller minimum orders. That reduces lead times on orders for non-stock items.

Commodore's innovative, patented A-Tray greatly improves product turnover, thanks to its appealing packaging and absorbent foam pad. The A-Tray saves money through Stock Keeping Unit reduction.

We also offer a full line of traditional soaker pads.

FOAM TRAYS

Our patented A-Tray is a pre-padded tray with an open-cell foam absorbent pad glued to the inside of the tray base. The pad improves product appearance on the shelf and keeps meats, poultry and fish fresher without sticking to them.

Once at home, the A-Tray keeps the meat looking clean, with no visible drips or spills. The absorbent pad prevents the fish, meat and poultry from drying out so they keep their flavor.
